I am a passionate about sustainability and innovation. As a co-founder of Social Impact Coffee, I am dedicated to decarbonizing our supply chain and ensuring that every cup of coffee contributes to a better world.
My journey in the coffee industry began with a deep fascination for the science and art required to produce the perfect cup it still excites me as much each and every day and brew.
Driven by a love for the art and science behind a great cup of coffee, I believe in the power of coffee to bring people together and make a positive difference. Under my leadership, Social Impact Coffee not only delivers exceptional specialty coffee but also supports numerous social and environmental initiatives.”

I specialise in training, development, and coaching—bringing structure, clarity, and direction to the way people learn and grow. My approach is focused on empowering individuals with the right tools, systems, and mindset to succeed, whether that’s mastering technical skills or stepping into leadership with confidence.
At the core of my work is a belief that strong culture drives strong businesses. I’m passionate about shaping environments where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired. When individuals thrive, teams perform better, and the impact is lasting.’’

"I’ve spent the past 10 years in the coffee industry, starting out as a barista and café manager before moving into training and mentoring. As an Authorised Specialty Coffee Trainer (AST), I’m passionate about helping baristas build confidence, develop and master their craft, all in pursuit to make better coffees that will help support local communities and charities.
At home, you’ll usually find me brewing a fruity, funky natural on my V60 and nerding out over flavour notes with my favourite audience—my 2 cats."

Great coffee with 65% of our profit going to community charities, something as simple as a cup of coffee can make a huge difference.”
